The Girl That Never Smiled

When I frequent a coffee shop I always see this girl (late 20s by my estimation) that never smiles... I try to say something nice or witty to make her smile but I just can't seem to do it... I don't know if she is shy or just that sad about life... Its like that short video on YouTube that my friend Ben showed me called Validation ... Tell me what you think about the video!
